The first Area Council Meeting (ACM) for 2010 was held at the Ecotech Center in Cebu City on January 16, 2010. It was attended by all LOs belonging to area 4; that is, the area comprising Western, Central, and Eastern Visayas.
Presiding over the ACM was 2010 National President Manuel Van Torrevillas and 2010 National Executive Vice President for Area 4 Jonathan Calvara. JCI Mandaue was represented by LO president Marc Achilles Phua and LO secretary-general Adrian Bono.
The agenda taken up during the ACM covered the appointment of the various area board positions, revised JCIPEA policies and guidelines, the BLAST 2010 10-point agenda, status of the membership dues payments by LO, and the usual reports by the LO presidents and the area and regional board.
