About the Mentor

The seminar shall be hosted by Mr. Ferdinand “Andrei” Collado, a notable and credible stock trader. Mr. Collado is a graduate ofBS Metallurgical Engineering at UP Diliman and Masters of Business Administration at the de la Salle University. He is currently a Director and co-partner at Jubileaum Sea and Air Logistics, has worked as a Manufacturing Manager at Nikko Metal Philippines until 2009, and more importantly (with regard to the seminar) a very effective and efficient full-time stock trader. He owns a forum topic site at http://www.traderspizza.com which is subscribed to by a lot of registered and drop-by users at the internet. It is in that forum thread that he became more famous with the screen name “Andrei”. Mr. Collado also manages funds of a few individuals together with his portfolio.

Andrei has been very passionate with stock trading. He started trading since he was in college. While being a student of an engineering course, he learned all the ups and downs of the stock market. Until he graduated from college and worked in the industry, he continues to manage his stock portfolio very smartly.

Andrei pursued his great passion in stock trading when he decided to leave Nikko Metal Philippines and went full time with his trades in 2009.

Through the years of trading, he has shared his trading transactions and performance through his trading forum athttp://www.traderspizza.com (PSE Traders Lounge > Andrei Tips & Tricks). Having opened this forum topic alone at August 14, 2007, Andrei has guided numerous traders, both with active accounts in TradersPizza.com and typical visitors of the site, with their daily trades and to achieving their first millions.

Seminar Beginning

Due to the demands of Andrei followers, Andrei had his humble beginnings on May 23, 2010 at a KFC restaurant in Pasig. It was the beginning of his formal career as a professional educator. It was followed by more seminars that he hosted until he arrived at his fifthseminar here in Cebu. With 48 participants last October 2, 2010 at Sarrosa International Hotel, Andrei has produced Cebuano traders to earn from their stock positions and realize their profits on the same day that they performed the transactions.

Andrei has hosted a number of seminars to date. His Stock Market Tips and Tricks Seminar has educated almost 500 individuals to date, having been able to host seven seminars to date. His fifth seminar was held at the Aquamarine Function Room at theSarrosa International Hotel last October 2, 2010. He shall conduct his eighth seminar on Saturday, February 19, 2011 to educate more people in the field of stock trading.

Content of the Seminar

The seminar is not on technical charting analysis. What I will teach you is “timing” and the use of momentum as a way of triggering your selling/buying in real-time trading hours.

This eliminates the time lag between the need of consulting first a chart or a company’s fundamentals before making the buying/selling decision. The delay in making a decision often times, spell the critical difference between a profit or loss, or simply, the loss of an opportunity to earn. Frankly speaking, “timing” is everything in the stock market.

You will also learn how to make simple and realistic Trading Plans be it in real-time, (as soon as you had bought the stock), or for the next trading day if you intend to hold it, considering the stock has still the momentum to go up the next day.

We will also learn Cut Loss Strategy as well as Recovering Losses quickly.

There will be a lot of examples to ensure that everyone will be able to understand and be able to apply them with ease later.

When you get to master your “timing” in real-time trading, it is highly possible to make P 5,000 to P 10,000 profits or more a day or every other day or once a week in a breeze. And the good thing is that you can execute it be it in a euphoric or panicky market situation just like I do.

Other Important Benefits

Daily Mailing List – If you will take the Seminar, you will be part of my exclusive mailing list who will receive early Tips or Private Mails on JAP-stocks and others Hot Stocks about to move for a period of 6 months. A case in point, those who got my earlier notice in ORE were able to buy at 1.90. Today ORE is at 2.70. You could have recovered already your Seminar fee and earned hefty profits in just one tip. The other day, everybody in the mailing list received information and Buying recommendation on ICT. Many bought at the opening at 30.0. ICT closed at 33.0. They can sell it already for a good profit 10.0 after just 2 days of holding.

Free Consultation – If you also take the Seminar, you will be also entitled to free consultation regarding your stock positions, to ensure that profits are realized and losses minimized.

T+3 Payment Scheme – This scheme allows you to buy more than your present capital without paying for the balance within the period of 3 days from purchase. Upon selling the stocks you bought within 3 days, the balance is off set. You can use this in buying bullish stocks or during bull market thus, significantly increasing your gains. You can’t just get this easily even from your present brokers. I will recommend you to a broker who can give such facility.

Registration Fee

Registration fee: P 5,500.00

The registration fee includes the seminar, meals, and most importantly, the daily mailing list and other benefits. In a matter of hours… or minutes, you can earn back your paid registration fee when you apply the things that will be discussed in the seminar.

Registration Procedures

Reservation in the said Venue and Food Catering Services require lead-time and Advance Full Payment. As such, I will be requesting for the full payment.

If you are interested, please deposit the full payment to account

Ferdinand U. Collado
BDO CA# 5578003419
BPI SA# 1389030151

After you had made the deposit, please text or call AJ Alipante at 0917-6200116, or 0923-3174266 for my confirmation and recording of your deposit.

Reimbursement

Should the Seminar will not push through as scheduled due to problems beyond our control, we will reschedule for the next weekend slot available.

Should the Seminar be cancelled due to lack of participants, your initial deposit of 2,750 will be returned to you either through bank deposit.

Every year since 2006, GK has staged the GK Bayani Challenge, a 5-day test of courage, endurance and love for country where teams of 15 people go on an adventure to plant hope on ground by building a community and fostering friendships and camaraderie. It is an exciting event that over hundreds all over the country and across the world have started to look forward to every year as their heroic response to whatever continues to threaten the poorest of the poor in different parts of our country.

This year, on April 4-9 ,2011 in Bantayan Island, Cebu, GK Bayani Challenge 2011 will be gathering an army of 2,000 volunteers from all over the world to answer the call for every Filipino to be a nation builder. True to this spirit we are taking this year’s Bayani Challenge to the next level of raising up the island of Bantayan – more lives to be changed, to bring hope to others, to build sustainable communities.

Bantayan Island is located in the northern tip of the island of Cebu. Because of the many watchtowers in the area it was given the name “Bantayan” derived from the phrase “Bantayan sa Hari,” which means Watchtower of the King (of Spain). The main Bantayan Island is about 7 miles wide by 10 miles long. Consisting of the towns of Bantayan, Madredijos and Sta. Fe, the destination is a favorite vacation spot with its white sand and crystal clear waters.

The tropical paradise is also the home of Bantayonons who are mostly fishermen, our brothers and sisters who are facing difficult times. Poverty is one of the hurdles that challenge the growth of the community. Together we can help transform their lives through the culture of caring and sharing. Each and everyone can do their part to bring hope back to the people of Bantayan and help them dream of a better life.

Entitled, ”Kalinga sa Bayan”, this year’s Bayani Challenge will go beyond the traditional building of houses. There will be various activities, like island greening which includes coastal clean-ups, a school build, a farm build, health build up, and paraisong pambata, to bring out the heroism in each and everyone. This year’s challenge sends the statement and sets the example that Filipinos can build a nation by caring for their own hometown through acts of volunteerism and ‘bayanihan’ (working together).

We invite you to take part in this inspiring and exciting event. Join us as an individual or form a group of 15 (or more) and choose your preferred GK experience.

JCI Mandaue joins the GK Team on a weekend ocular trip to the future Bantayan Island Gawad Kalinga site.

GK Group by the School of the Sea

A two hour land trip and a 40 minute boat-ride brings the urban-grown Cebuano to the sun-kissed white sand island of Bantayan. This was an experience shared by myself, my wife Aya, and JCI Mandaue Training Director Mark Leo Chang, as we joined the Gawad Kalinga Team on a weekend occular trip to the future Bantayan Island Gawad Kalinga site last November 17, 2010.

Beachside Conference

Bantayan was indeed a breath of fresh air as the we toured the sites, made the round of courtesy calls on the the island officials. It was a simple joy, to rub elbows and exchange ideas with the Gawad Kalinga Crew, which included notable personalities like , Environmental Architect, and Former DENR Secretary Hon. Elisea “Bebet” Gozun.

JCI Mem. Mark Chang

Mark Chang, who proudly calls this island his hometown, was every bit the go-to-guy of this trip, busy as a bee ushering us and setting up meetings and introductions as he always does. It was impressive the way he connected with all the personalities comprising the team, and how he took charge of the whole island experience for us.

GK Program Director Bebet Gozun

Aya was mostly impressed by our up-close and personal, not to mention immensely-entertaining encounter with Bebet Gozun, who even before and after her DENR office, was an active earth advocate involved in a number of environmental management and urban development programs and organizations, and most notably is the Program Director of the Green Kalinga Program of Gawad Kalinga. Who knew that this strong willed woman was such a charming and hearty chikkaholic?

Atty. Antonio Oposa

As for me, my day was made when I experienced natural beauty and a lifestyle reality-check at The School of the Sea, a beach front property and creation of one of the group’s most illustrious personalities, Atty. Antonio Oposa, Jr. He pioneered the practice of Environmental Law in the Philippines and is one of Asia’s leading voices in the international arena of Environmental Law. For his trail-blazing efforts to advance Environmental Law enforcement, he received The Outstanding Young Man of the Philippines Award (the prestigious TOYM in the field of law) and the highest United Nations environmental award, the U.N. Environmental Programme (UNEP) Global 500 Roll of Honor.

My personal account on this famous personality had, until that moment, been limited only to the law books of my student years. He is a celebrity because of the environmental causes he champions. Among the cases decided by the Supreme Court which granted victory to the advocacy for environmental protection, the case of Oposa vs. Secretary Factoran (224 SCRA 792) stands out as most unique, and novel to the legal world. Studded with new legal doctrines and principles relating to environmental protection, the case has up to now been the inspiration of the warriors of mother nature.

If I recall correctly, the landmark Oposa vs. Factoran case originating from the Regional Trial Court of Makati, Metro Manila was initiated by several minors, as represented by their parents, including via their representation the “generations yet unborn”! They were protesting against a Timber License Agreements (TLA) issued by the DENR, allowing logging in their area. Naming then Secretary Factoran of the DENR as the original defendant, the minors anchored their claim on their right to the full benefit and enjoyment of the country’s natural resources, particularly of the virgin forests. They asserted that they have the existing Constitutional right to a balanced and healthful ecology.

In the same case, the DENR tried shoot down the case by by alleging that the Plaintiffs were NOT real parties in interest, being minors who were not directly affected by the TLA, which especially would not affect those who were yet unborn. So the question now revolved around the issue as to whether the plaintiffs had legal standing. The Supreme Court said YES! in actual words it said, “…The complaint focuses on a fundamental natural and legal right enshrined in the Constitution. The same right and source of obligation can justify the claimed inter-generational responsibility. Hence, they may bring the matter at hand to court and be granted the proper recognition.” Section 16, Article II of the Philippine Constitution recognizes above all that: THE STATE SHALL PROTECT AND ADVANCE THE RIGHT TO A BALANCED AND HEALTHFUL ECOLOGY IN ACCORD WITH THE RHYTHM AND HARMONY OF NATURE. This provision is recognized as self executory and hence may be a source of obligation upon the state without need of further positive act from Congress.

I have to get back to the Bantayan visit to realize that the environmental struggle, much like the struggle to provide poverty alleviation is a continuing responsibility that not only Gawad Kalinga, but all world citizens must share. In the midst of that crowd we must establish that leading network of young active citizens we envision ourselves to be.

Bogo Courtesy Call

So much for a trip to an island paradise. So much for that review from the law library. It was a journey in history. It is a journey to make history.
