I grew up in a diverse community, all wanting the American dream… Well, I lived it for the past 30+ years. I studied Architecture in the States and started a business in Architectural Millwork Design and Computer Drafting.

After pursuing family and business, I found myself missing something in my life. I wanted my kids to know who they were, where they came from…

I learned that Cebu was no longer the 3rd world country we left when I was 2 years old, but a thriving community with the same big city problems facing all cities around the world. With my background and experience, I wanted to go back to my country, the country where I was born.

I heard of many hardships and many problems… and I was happy to face new challenges head-on. That’s the time when my life truly changed–not when I moved back to Cebu, but when I joined JCI Mandaue…

My cousin, Dr. Alain Senerpida, the 2007 JCI Mandaue President, now a JCI Senator, invited me and sponsored my JCI membership… And I truly found what was missing in my life… I found out I am a Jaycee, everything I believed in, all my principles in life coincide with the Jaycees … I was happy to join and help and here I am… the 2011 JCI Mandaue President…

About the Mentor

The seminar shall be hosted by Mr. Ferdinand “Andrei” Collado, a notable and credible stock trader. Mr. Collado is a graduate ofBS Metallurgical Engineering at UP Diliman and Masters of Business Administration at the de la Salle University. He is currently a Director and co-partner at Jubileaum Sea and Air Logistics, has worked as a Manufacturing Manager at Nikko Metal Philippines until 2009, and more importantly (with regard to the seminar) a very effective and efficient full-time stock trader. He owns a forum topic site at http://www.traderspizza.com which is subscribed to by a lot of registered and drop-by users at the internet. It is in that forum thread that he became more famous with the screen name “Andrei”. Mr. Collado also manages funds of a few individuals together with his portfolio.

Andrei has been very passionate with stock trading. He started trading since he was in college. While being a student of an engineering course, he learned all the ups and downs of the stock market. Until he graduated from college and worked in the industry, he continues to manage his stock portfolio very smartly.

Andrei pursued his great passion in stock trading when he decided to leave Nikko Metal Philippines and went full time with his trades in 2009.

Through the years of trading, he has shared his trading transactions and performance through his trading forum athttp://www.traderspizza.com (PSE Traders Lounge > Andrei Tips & Tricks). Having opened this forum topic alone at August 14, 2007, Andrei has guided numerous traders, both with active accounts in TradersPizza.com and typical visitors of the site, with their daily trades and to achieving their first millions.

Seminar Beginning

Due to the demands of Andrei followers, Andrei had his humble beginnings on May 23, 2010 at a KFC restaurant in Pasig. It was the beginning of his formal career as a professional educator. It was followed by more seminars that he hosted until he arrived at his fifthseminar here in Cebu. With 48 participants last October 2, 2010 at Sarrosa International Hotel, Andrei has produced Cebuano traders to earn from their stock positions and realize their profits on the same day that they performed the transactions.

Andrei has hosted a number of seminars to date. His Stock Market Tips and Tricks Seminar has educated almost 500 individuals to date, having been able to host seven seminars to date. His fifth seminar was held at the Aquamarine Function Room at theSarrosa International Hotel last October 2, 2010. He shall conduct his eighth seminar on Saturday, February 19, 2011 to educate more people in the field of stock trading.

Content of the Seminar

The seminar is not on technical charting analysis. What I will teach you is “timing” and the use of momentum as a way of triggering your selling/buying in real-time trading hours.

This eliminates the time lag between the need of consulting first a chart or a company’s fundamentals before making the buying/selling decision. The delay in making a decision often times, spell the critical difference between a profit or loss, or simply, the loss of an opportunity to earn. Frankly speaking, “timing” is everything in the stock market.

You will also learn how to make simple and realistic Trading Plans be it in real-time, (as soon as you had bought the stock), or for the next trading day if you intend to hold it, considering the stock has still the momentum to go up the next day.

We will also learn Cut Loss Strategy as well as Recovering Losses quickly.

There will be a lot of examples to ensure that everyone will be able to understand and be able to apply them with ease later.

When you get to master your “timing” in real-time trading, it is highly possible to make P 5,000 to P 10,000 profits or more a day or every other day or once a week in a breeze. And the good thing is that you can execute it be it in a euphoric or panicky market situation just like I do.

The JCI Philippines (Philippine Jaycees) as an organization, has the following goal and mission: to contribute to the advancement of the global community by providing young persons with the opportunity to develop leadership skills, social responsibility and fellowship for a positive change. The Jaycee Creed, which is universal in its perception and exhortation, sees man not only in the light of what he is but what he can be. This precept proceeds from the principle that earth’s great treasures lies in the human personality, which must be developed in its wholeness. This recognizes with implicit faith in God gives its dimension.

The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) Awards was initiated by the Manila Jaycees as a chapter project in April 6, 1959. Subsequently, the Philippine Jaycees formally adopted the project on a national basis on October 15, 1959, during their 11th National Convention in Baguio City.

In 1973, the Gerry Roxas Foundation co-sponsored the project, due to the similarity of its goal to promote leadership and exemplary innovation among the youth to address our nation’s development. On October 22, 1990, the TOYM Foundation was organized by past TOYM Awardees and Jaycee National Officers to provide support and continuity for the annual search.

In 1996, the TOYM Awards was changed to TOYF “The outstanding Young Filipinos” to give women equal exposure and emphasis in the search. However, women were already made an integral part of the search since 1984. In 1999, the name was reverted back to its original name of TOYM to preserve the sanctity of the awards, as the word “men “ does not intend to distinguish the difference in gender.

Over the years, the TOYM has become an institution, having developed a reputation for its selectiveness of outstanding young men upon whom the awards is conferred. TOYM seeks to give national recognition to young men and women between the ages of 18-40, whose selfless dedication to their profession or vocation has resulted in significant contributions to the welfare of their countrymen, as well as to the advancement of their fields of endeavor.

OBJECTIVES:

• To recognize the outstanding achievements of our nation’s youth which have benefited the community and the nation significantly;
• To focus public attention and confer national recognition to these young men and women based on these outstanding achievements and contributions;
• To inspire others, especially the Filipino youth, with the recognition of these achievements and/or leadership of the TOYM awardees who have demonstrated vigor and enterprise in tackling the problems of society and offering solutions;
• To live the Jaycee Creed and consider it a good measure of performance by the awardees.
