JCI Mandaue, in partnership with JCI Philippines and our valued sponsors, proudly honored 50 outstanding student leaders from Mandaue City and Cebu City at the 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 (𝗬𝗟𝗘𝗔) 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 held last May 24, 2025, at the Cebu City Hall Social Hall.

These remarkable young individuals represent the future of leadership — inspiring their peers through academic excellence, community service, and an unwavering drive to create positive change.

Day 2 of TaiOneDaue was all about action and collaboration. Our local stakeholders engaged in focused business matching sessions with eight Taiwanese companies — opening doors to real green solutions for Cebu’s industries.

Hosted by the beautiful Pacific Cebu Resort, the day was filled with forward-thinking conversations, sustainable proposals, and new partnerships taking root.

Walking Loud, Proud, and United – Project Ally Year 4

In celebration of Pride Month, JCI Mandaue proudly stood in solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ community through our inclusive flagship initiative, Project Ally, in partnership with JCI Philippines’ national program “Walk with Pride” during the Mandaue Pride March 2025.

Held last June 14, 2025 at the Mandaue City Hall Grounds, the event brought together allies, advocates, and members of the LGBTQIA+ family in a powerful display of love, unity, and equality.

Together, we marched not just for visibility — but for acceptance, inclusion, and the celebration of every color in the spectrum.

Because here in Mandaue, we don’t just say we’re allies — we show up, we walk, and we slay with pride.

On May 10, 2025, JCI Mandaue proudly hosted Speakfluence: Ignite Minds, Move Hearts at Big Hotel, Mandaue City — an afternoon filled with learning, growth, and confident communication.

The event brought together 19 driven participants, each stepping up to sharpen their public speaking skills and ignite their influence. From mastering storytelling to thinking on their feet, attendees left more empowered to speak with purpose and presence.

From emotional healing and legal empowerment to building confidence through sports, The Brave Ones was more than an outreach—it was a movement of courage, compassion, and change.

Because everyone deserves a second chance. And with the right support, every brave soul can begin again.

From startup thinking to smart money moves, digital storytelling, and real-world SME strategies, this one-day bootcamp gave Gen Z the edge to think boldly, budget wisely, and build with intention.

More than just a seminar, GENZ-EO is a call to action—to build what matters, create value, and turn ideas into impact.

MandaWeCARE: Clean Water and Sanitation

Small steps today, brighter futures tomorrow.

Through our 2025 initiatives 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐖𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 and 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐖𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝, JCI Mandaue continues to invest in early education—where learning begins and dreams take root.

On April 12, we turned over essential educational support at Labogon Day Care Center, including new chairs, modern visual aids, and learning materials—creating a better space for every young mind to thrive.

This was followed by moving up ceremonies at Guizo Day Care Center on April 5, and Labogon Day Care Center on April 26, where we proudly witnessed the achievements of over 200 graduates as they advance to the next chapter of their early education.

In line with JCI Philippines’ Clean Water and Sanitation Program, we also promoted proper handwashing, hygiene, and water conservation practices—building not just futures, but a healthier community.

Together, we build beyond classrooms. We build brighter beginnings.

JCI Mandaue proudly cohosted the Dugong Bayani Blood Donation Drive last April 13, 2025 at Barangay Tinago Gym, together with Red Cross Youth Cebu Chapter and hosted by Youth Empowered to Serve Tinago Inc.

Thanks to the generous donors who showed up and gave their blood, we were able to collect life-saving donations that will help countless patients in need. Every drop counts — and every donor became a true hero by giving the gift of life.

We sincerely thank the community and all the partners and volunteers for their strong support and participation. Your kindness and courage made this event a success and a beacon of hope.

Donating blood only takes a few minutes, but it can save a lifetime. Let’s continue to be Dugong Bayani — heroes who give hope and add life to others.
