  2. Open the downloaded file. If Android asks, allow your browser to install unknown apps (Settings → Allow from this source).
  3. If Google Play Protect shows a warning, tap More details → Install anyway — the app is signed and published by JCI Mandaue; it just isn't from the Play Store yet.

Version 1.0.5 (build 17) · Android 7.0 or newer · New releases are posted here — install the new APK over the old one and you stay signed in. The Google Play listing is coming; until then this is the official Android download.
