The newly elected Board of Directors of JCI Mandaue held its strategic planning and team building last 1-2 October at Catmon, Cebu to discuss the incoming year as well as the 60th Anniversary celebration. With the theme “60GB: Launch Pad”, members of the board presented their key priorities and action plans aligned to their strategies and goals.
Inspired by the vision and mission JCI, the team set out to identify the 2023 strategies and the programs to fully realise the potential of each BOD.
The activity served as the “launchpad” for the 2023 Program line up. Getting ready for the term ahead, cracking ideas making sure all plans are aligned so as we end this term we are ready, we are more than ready to launch and GO BEYOND!
