A new breed of future Merry Men answered the call of leadership to serve their community!Last November 12, 2022, JCI Mandaue conducted its Grand Opportunity to Impact – New Members Orientation at the Metro Park Hotel in Cebu City. Seventeen (17) young men came to learn the thrusts of the organization in making an impact to the community — leadership development the Merry Men way.
Just a week after, November 19, 2022, their journey to becoming full-pledged members was kickstarted with trainings to discover JCI in a deeper sense and explore the leadership opportunities in store for them through the JCIM’s Springboard Program’s incorporation courses. This first phase of their training series was conducted by JCI Sen. Ramil Montealto and 2023 VP for Organizational Development Earl Thomas Corregidor III at Big Hotel in Mandaue City
As the Merry Men prepare for it’s 60th year anniversary, its incoming board of directors headed by the 2023 local organization President JM Bercede Yap, aim to produce more committed and driven young leaders in creating bigger impact to the society.
