OPLAN KAAGAPAY ACTIVATED, YET AGAIN!Just thirty-two (32) days before Christmas when around 700 families ended up homeless after a fourth-alarm fire razed 250 houses last night in Brgy. Looc, Mandaue City.
JCI Mandaue now activates once more its Oplan Kaagapay to address the victims’ immediate needs for clothes, blankets, medicines, canned goods, rice, drinking water, food packs, slippers, sleeping mats and toiletries.
In this season of giving, may the blessings we extend to these families big or small be a form of comfort in their most trying times.
