Project YOU

Joining a brotherhood is exciting, but it can also be overwhelming. New members often want to contribute right away yet aren't always sure where they fit, who to ask, or how to grow from a fresh face into a confident leader. Project YOU is JCI Mandaue's answer — a guided pathway designed to welcome every member and walk with them from day one.

Project YOU institutionalizes member integration: structured onboarding, mentorship from seasoned Merry Men, and clear milestones that move a new member from orientation toward active leadership and real community impact. Rather than leaving growth to chance, it gives each person purpose, direction, and a brotherhood that has their back at every step.

The payoff is members who stay, lead, and serve with conviction. By making sure no one is left to figure it out alone, Project YOU strengthens the whole chapter — turning newcomers into committed leaders and keeping the creed alive that service to humanity is the highest work of life.
