- Cookies set by Cloudflare for security and performance (see "Cookies" below).
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and messages;

4. Cookies and embedded content
We use only essential cookies necessary for security and basic functionality (provided by Cloudflare). We do not use advertising cookies. Pages that display our social feeds may load content from third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook), which may set their own cookies governed by their respective privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it only:
- With trusted service providers who help us operate the Site (e.g., Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, and security), bound to protect your data;

- When required by law, legal process, or a lawful request by public authorities.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above — for example, to respond to your inquiry or to administer your membership — and as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Data security
We implement reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and restricted access to submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. International transfers
Our hosting and security provider operates a global network, so data may be processed on servers located outside the Philippines. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure your data remains protected consistent with this Policy and applicable law.
