These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the official website at jcimandaue.org (the "Site"), operated by Junior Chamber International Mandaue (JCI Mandaue) Chapter, Inc. ("JCI Mandaue," "we," "us," or "our"), a non-stock, non-profit civic organization duly registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC Registration No. CN201127476; Certificate of Incorporation No. CEO30071; incorporated March 22, 2011). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About us
JCI Mandaue is a Category 1 Local Organization of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Philippines, based in Mandaue City, Cebu. We are a community of young active citizens advancing leadership development, community service, and cooperation. The Site exists to share our news, projects, publications, and leadership, and to allow the public to connect with us, apply for membership, and support our advocacies.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Philippine or international law;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related infrastructure;
- Introduce malware, attempt to disrupt, or place undue load on the Site;
- Submit false, misleading, unlawful, or harmful information through our forms;
- Copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes without written consent.
3. Intellectual property
The "JCI" name, logo, and shield are trademarks of Junior Chamber International, used by JCI Mandaue as an affiliated Local Organization. All other content on the Site — including text, graphics, photographs, publications, and design — is owned by or licensed to JCI Mandaue and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
4. Membership applications
Submitting a membership application through the Site does not constitute acceptance into the organization. Membership is subject to eligibility requirements, review, and approval by JCI Mandaue in accordance with our by-laws and the policies of JCI Philippines. We may contact you using the details you provide to process your application.
5. Donations and sponsorships
Donations and sponsorships are voluntary contributions that support our community programs. Any contribution arrangements (including bank transfer or, where offered, online payment) are subject to confirmation with our team. JCI Mandaue will use contributions in furtherance of its civic and charitable purposes.
6. Form submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through our contact and membership forms. Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party links and content
The Site may contain links to, or embedded content from, third-party platforms (for example, our official Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok pages). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of such platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Cebu, Philippines.
