Project Legacy: Trust & Confidence Survey
An internal leadership assessment tool designed to measure member trust, confidence, and organizational sentiment to guide stronger governance and chapter development.
Leadership is not measured only by the projects delivered, but by the trust it earns along the way. Project Legacy: Trust & Confidence Survey is JCI Mandaue’s internal pulse-check mechanism designed to assess the sentiments, confidence, and overall trust of the general membership toward the Board of Directors and the chapter’s direction. It serves as a structured feedback platform where members can openly reflect on leadership performance, organizational culture, communication, and the overall health of the chapter.
Through this initiative, JCI Mandaue strengthens a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. More than a survey, it serves as a leadership mirror, revealing both strengths to sustain and gaps to address. By listening to the voice of its members, the organization gains clearer insight into how leadership decisions are felt across the chapter, allowing the Board to respond with greater clarity, alignment, and purpose for the term ahead.
Objectives
To evaluate the level of trust, satisfaction, and confidence of members toward the Board of Directors and the organization’s leadership.
To gather honest feedback on governance, communication, member engagement, and chapter performance for strategic improvement.
To use data-driven insights in shaping policies, decisions, and future actions that better reflect the needs and expectations of the membership.
