Trust Pulse is JCI Mandaue's commitment to listening on purpose: a recurring channel that invites every Merry Man to share how he is really doing, what is working, and what the chapter could do better.
Through short, candid check-ins and confidential feedback rounds, members can raise ideas, flag concerns, and celebrate wins without waiting for the next big meeting. The board reviews what comes in, closes the loop on what it hears, and reports back so feedback never disappears into a void.
