On Day 2, the delegation traveled to Heng Chung Enterprise in Kaohsiung, where they explored Taiwan’s leader in waterproofing, heat insulation, self-cleaning coatings, and flooring materials. The site visit provided participants with firsthand experience of sustainable solutions in action.
Additionally, 6 companies participated in the sessions on Day 2, which included:
– Techome Technology (waterproof powder)
– Creative Shades Industrial Co. (heat insulation energy-saving paper, paint, film, and glass)
– Taiwan Energy Saving Film
– Queen Yun Green Power Technology (energy-saving tiles)
– Yi-Tieng HAVC Antibacterial Co. (air purifiers and energy-efficient air conditioning antibacterial products)
– Green Shepherd Co. (solar power generation systems, biogas power generation systems, and AI energy management systems)
ASDD Earl, along with Architect Elritz and Earl Tongol, continued to lead insightful sessions about how these innovations could benefit the Philippines, especially in Cebu, while fostering cross-border collaborations in green tech.
This trip not only sparked interest in the upcoming TaiOneDaue 2.0 event in May 2025 but also secured commitments from Taiwanese companies to collaborate with JCI Mandaue’s adopted communities, bringing new opportunities for sustainable growth.
